Young Republicans Travel Through Fictional USA

“Did you know you can travel across the country without leaving a Republican Congressional district?” gushes Where is the Red?, a blog that tracks four earnest, wholesome McCainiacs on a summer vacation with purpose. That is so great! Except, as the Plank points out, these soldiers of the right need a geography lesson:

For one thing, on their blog they boast about having already visited Turner Field in Atlanta (in Democrat John Lewis’s district) and Lamar Alexander’s campaign office in Nashville (in Democrat Jim Cooper’s district).

They’ve made several other missteps as well. But why spoil their fun? These kids call California a swing state and they’re as likely to drive from Colorado to Narnia as CA is to go to anyone other than the big B.O.
