Lil’ Romeo Makes the Right Choice

“Stay in school.”
It’s a ubiquitous phrase we’ve all heard since kindergarten. Hopefully, most of us have heeded these wise words.
But most of us aren’t the children of millionaire rap mogul Master P. Lil’ Romeo, former child rapper (not Bow Wow, mind you) recently decided to forgo a role in an upcoming movie, Sweetwater, in order to play basketball for USC. Really, it’s a win-win for Romeo. Either he embarks on a mediocre movie career, or he redshirts as a freshman and gets minimal playing time to the disappointment of teenyboppers nationwide. But regardless the kid has money to burn, so he’s set no matter what he does.
At least he’s trying the whole “higher education” thing a try, unlike some other people.

i resent this post title. what if “sweetwater” was lil’ romeo’s “drumline”?
If you’re equating Romeo to Nick Cannon I think you’ve got something else coming.
