Colleges Students Across the Country Agree: Nudity Solves Everything

Seriously. When did getting naked in public become the preferred method of dealing with everything from stress to world peace?

Failed a Statistics exam? No problem, streaking through the quad will make you feel better. Want to raise some money for charity? Make a Facebook event and get 4,000 of your closest friends to donate the clothes off their backs—and then party together as a naked mob. Hey, maybe those poor misunderstood ASU cheerleaders were simply taking a stand for world hunger!

7. Kansas University fans dance naked on cars following their NCAA victory. Sophomore calls it “not cool.”

6. A flash mob of about 40 University of Arizona students visually scars unsuspecting shoppers at the UA Mall. Apparently they were protesting something…nobody is sure what it was exactly.

5. A group of 18 “unclothed” Geneseo students arranged themselves into a peace sign to protest the Iraq war. Surprisingly, the war continues.

4. More than 1,000 students at the University of Nevada drop their trousers for school spirit, bringing back the school’s “Moon Off” tradition, which had been defunct for two decades (and probably for good reason).

2. Seven students are arrested during the annual Mifflin Streak at Penn State. Considering this event has been going on for more than 30 years, you’d think by now they would have figured out some sort of strategy for outrunning the cops. Get with it, Penn State.

1. This one from our buddies at Arizona State University gets #1 both for three reasons: 1) the vast sea of nakedness (4,000 people showed up!); 2) the ridiculousness of the cause (they were supporting the Valley Christian Center); and 3) the reputed hotness of girls and guys on campus.
