ANDREA—what were you thinking going to Josh’s birthday? You feel badly because you’re letting yourself feel like that. Why don’t you tell Josh why it was a big deal and why you’re mad? He’s not psychic. Stop judging Josh by your own standards!
KEVIN—what a low-life thing you did by leading Mindy on like that. Mindy was a little weird for thinking that you would be more than spring break friends, though. OMG Kevin, 1.7 to a 3.4? That’s crazy. But you’re a typical guy and I still don’t like you.
JOSH—I don’t blame you at all. You’re living your life and you completely came clean with Andrea and that was so great of you. You obviously do love her. She was judging you. But I think since she didn’t reciprocate when you told her you love her it’s time to move on. Good for you for asserting yourself! Score on the date!
JORDAN—You seem to be getting the short end of the stick. It’s too bad you won’t be able to live in that apartment with your friends and it also sucks that you have to pay all that money, too. Go to the financial aid office and talk to them about your situation, they can probably help you out and give you some great options. Good luck!
LINDSAY— I feel so bad for you, but you really, really have to stop putting so much pressure on yourself, you’re going to kill yourself, just how you made yourself sick, that’s a bad sign. Talk to your parents, and tell them everything. Way to go on your finals and New York! Good for you for realizing everything.
So, all in all, College Life was insightful. From the point of view of a person who goes to an all-girls’ school, it was interesting to see what life is really like at a co-ed college. I think the kids are headed for more of the same and at the same time, different experiences. Hopefully, they’ll learn from their mistakes and grow even more…especially Kevin.
